Neil Hoskin has sole ownership of 50% stake in DMI. Quietly spoken and taciturn, Neil admits that beneath his stoic, brooding exterior lies a stoic, brooding interior, which is the reason he handles the really, really difficult jobs. Oh, and he faffs about with the sound too.
Whenever you see a 'Men at work' sign, you can think fond thoughts of DMI, as Neil is the man upon whom the silhouetted figure is based! A chance encounter with a Highways' executive inspired the design whilst Neil recorded crab song on the Isle of Man.
The 'M' in Neil's name stands for Murray.
